Varun Mannava self published his first book “Polite Pickup Lines in Indian Pubs” back in 2016. The concept in this book was way ahead of its time. It’s not until 2018 or 2019 that the term ‘Pickup Lines’ became popular on Social Media in India or with the Indian youth as such.
In 2018, Varun Mannava started hosting Speed Dating events (as a passionate hobby) in Hyderabad for a Delhi based startup. It was during this time that he met his future wife (he was a host and his wife was one of the participants). He also realized his strengths as a Dating Coach during this time.
His second book “The Ideal Pickup Artist” talks about how to keep one’s mind calm and aware while trying to socialize or befriend with strangers in a social setup.
The third and final book “King Of Clubs” in “Varun Mannava’s Socializing Trilogy” makes deep revelations into what happens in a pub or club in India and how one can choose to respond.
Since 2013, Varun Mannava has invested a great amount of time and attention in socialising while still working full-time in the Fin-Tech domain. He considers socalising a passionate hobby that has eventually helped him self publish three books and also consciously guide those in need of socializing skills as a Dating Coach!
